ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund Increases Stake in LIC Housing Finance to 5.22%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has raised its stake in LIC Housing Finance to 5.22%, following the purchase of an additional 12,95,540 shares on December 2, 2025. Prior to this acquisition, the mutual fund held 4.98% of the company’s equity. The latest transaction, completed through the secondary market, has increased the total number of shares held by the fund to 2,87,06,843.
