The transaction, valued at approximately ₹1,890 crore, was executed through a block deal on the NSE, with the sale price set at a 9% discount to the previous day's closing price of ₹104.5. This significant stake sale comes as Bajaj Finance reduces its holding in Bajaj Housing Finance, where it previously held 88.7% of the company.
