Ulook raises $2.3M to develop RF-sensing satellite swarm capability

Ulook secured $2.3 million in fresh funding to build and deploy RF-sensing satellite swarms aimed at spectrum awareness and defence intelligence applications. The startup plans to use the capital to accelerate development of its small-satellite hardware, onboard signal-processing stacks, and ground-station telemetry networks. Ulook will pilot coordinated constellation operations to detect and geolocate RF emissions for spectrum management, maritime monitoring, and defence situational awareness. Investors flagged the strategic importance of low-latency RF intelligence and the company’s early traction with defence partners. Ulook expects phased launches and demonstration campaigns over the next 12–18 months as it scales engineering and regulatory clearances.
