Varun Beverages expands African footprint with full acquisition of Twizza

PepsiCo bottler has approved the acquisition of South Africa based at an enterprise value of ZAR 2,095 million, or about ₹1,118.7 crore, payable in cash. Executed via its local subsidiary Bevco, the deal adds three manufacturing plants and 100 million cases of annual capacity. Completion is targeted on or before June 30, 2026, subject to approvals.
