U.S. Bank announced it will hire at least a dozen new business bankers across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina to build its Southeast presence. Simultaneously it opened a new flagship branch in Compton, California at 1759 S. Alameda St., part of its over 580 branch network in the state. SBA 7(a) lending reached $871.2 million in fiscal 2025, up 23 % year-over-year.
