Reliance Infrastructure Q2 profit drops 50% to ₹1,911 crore amid revenue slowdown
Reliance Infrastructure’s Q2 FY26 profit declined 50% to ₹1,911 crore on lower EPC revenue and toll income, while power utilization stayed above 85%.
Reliance Infrastructure reported a 50.2% year-on-year decline in Q2 FY26 consolidated net profit to ₹1,911 crore, with total revenue at ₹6,235 crore compared to ₹7,248 crore last year. The drop was attributed to reduced engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activity and lower toll income from select projects. Operating expenditure rose marginally to ₹4,120 crore.
The company’s power generation business maintained utilization levels above 85%. Debt reduction initiatives and ongoing urban transport contracts continued as scheduled under its infrastructure pipeline.
