Paytm Parent One97 Communications Reports ₹2,980 Crore Revenue in Q2 FY26 Amid Cost Optimisation

Paytm’s parent company, One97 Communications, posted consolidated revenue of ₹2,980 crore in Q2 FY26, marking an 8 percent sequential growth. Losses narrowed to ₹189 crore from ₹291 crore in the prior quarter as merchant payment volumes and loan disbursements surged. Total payment GMV reached ₹5.8 lakh crore, up 42 percent year-on-year, while loan distribution via Paytm partners rose 52 percent. 

Management highlighted enhanced operating leverage and reduced marketing spends as key profitability drivers, reaffirming FY26 targets of EBITDA-level breakeven and positive cash flow generation.
