MOIL Ltd posted a net profit of ₹70.4 crore in Q2 FY25-26, up 41 % year-on-year from ₹49.9 crore. Revenue rose 19.2 % to about ₹348 crore from ₹291.9 crore, driven by higher manganese-ore realisations and increased export volumes. The company achieved improved margin expansion as cost efficiencies kicked in. Shares responded positively, rising over 2 %. MOIL plans capacity enhancement via automation and sustainability investments to maintain momentum ahead of FY26. 

Mining operations remain supported by steady domestic steel demand and growing battery-feedstock exports.
