Bharat Forge Q2 profit up 23% on 37% revenue growth driven by auto and defence orders

Bharat Forge Ltd posted a 23% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹299 crore for Q2 FY25-26, compared with ₹243 crore last year. Revenue rose 37.6% to ₹1,145.9 crore from ₹832.7 crore, boosted by higher exports and defence contracts. The company expanded its industrial solutions portfolio and added new OEM customers in Europe and North America. Operating margins remained stable despite cost pressures. The management maintains a focus on capacity modernization and EV component development to capture new mobility demand segments.
