KKR & Co. profit beats as fundraising surges; flags Asia fund charge
KKR beats Q3 estimates on strong fundraising but signals an Asia fund charge in Q4.
KKR reported Q3 2025 adjusted net income of US $1.27 billion (US $1.41/share), outpacing estimates of US $1.17 billion (US $1.30/share).
The asset‑manager raised US $43 billion in new capital in the quarter, including US $27 billion to its credit business, and assets under management rose to US $723 billion. However, KKR said it will record a charge in Q4 for an underperforming Asia‑focused fund.
Investors are watching how the firm expands beyond traditional buyouts amid a tougher deal‑exit backdrop.
