Smartworks’ Q2 loss narrowed to ₹3.
Smartworks, India’s leading managed workspace provider, narrowed its Q2 FY26 net loss to ₹3.13 crore from ₹7.26 crore last year, as revenue surged 22% YoY to ₹441 crore. The company attributed the improvement to higher occupancy in enterprise workspaces and long-term leasing contracts. EBITDA turned positive at ₹42 crore compared to ₹-6 crore in FY25 Q2.
With over 12 million sq ft under management, Smartworks announced plans to expand in Singapore and Dubai, targeting profitability in FY27.
