DAM Capital reported a sharp 141% YoY rise in Q2 FY26 net profit to ₹52.15 crore, with total revenue up 40% to ₹225 crore, driven by buoyant investment banking and capital market advisory fees. The firm executed 11 equity issuances worth ₹6,400 crore during the quarter. Operating margin improved to 31.2% from 24.8% a year earlier.
Management cited robust deal closures and a strong IPO pipeline for the next two quarters as key drivers of sustained growth momentum into FY26.
