DPIIT collaborates with 50 corporates to accelerate startup innovation and manufacturing partnerships
DPIIT joined hands with 50+ corporates to boost India’s startup ecosystem via co-manufacturing, R&D, and innovation-linked funding programs across key sectors.
India’s Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) announced collaborations with over 50 corporates to enhance funding, incubation, and co-manufacturing support for startups. The partnerships aim to bridge early-stage innovation with large-scale industrial capability through joint R&D programs and corporate-led accelerators. Participating sectors include healthcare, clean energy, and digital infrastructure.
DPIIT stated that the initiative would integrate more than 2,000 startups into supply chains and boost India’s Make-in-India and Startup India missions. This collaboration reinforces the country’s focus on job creation and domestic technology development.
