Indian startup Smallest.ai secures US$8 m seed round for global expansion

Indian-U.S. enterprise voice-AI startup Smallest.ai raised about US$8 million in a seed funding round led by Sierra Ventures with participation from 3one4 Capital and Better Capital. The Bengaluru- and San Francisco-based firm plans rapid expansion into both India and North America, targeting regulated sectors such as BFSI, healthcare and retail by using its full-stack voice-AI platform. The company projects 300% growth in the U.S. and 150% growth in India over the next year.
