Voice-AI startup Fundamento raises $1.9 m to expand agentic platform

U.S.-based voice-AI startup Fundamento secured $1.9 million in seed funding led by IIFL Fintech Fund, with participation from Players Fund, Venture Catalysts and Lead Angels. The company develops an ‘agentic’ voice platform allowing natural-language workflows over devices and services. The funding will support tech development, product scaling and market expansion in North America. Investors cited rising demand for voice-enabled AI at work and home. Fundamento joins a wave of smaller AI firms gaining investor interest as broader AI funding flows diversify beyond just large-model plays.
