Global tech investor Prosus, via its arm MIH Investments One BV, will invest ₹1,296 crore in Indian online travel firm ixigo, acquiring roughly 10.1% equity. The capital will be infused through a preferential share issue at ₹280 per share, slightly above current trading levels. Prosus sees strategic synergies in travel-tech and domestic marketplace scaling, while strengthening ixigo’s balance sheet and growth runway.
