Healthcare issuer prepares mainboard debut with ₹250.8 crore offering

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality is scheduled to open its mainboard IPO between December 22 and 24 with a ₹250.8 crore fresh issue. The company has set a price band of ₹108 to ₹114 per share. Financial disclosures show FY25 profit of ₹9.5 crore, reflecting strong year-on-year growth alongside expanding operational scale.

Several SME IPOs approached closure with Phytochem Remedies completing its offer period after opening on December 18. The company reported FY25 revenue of ₹36.81 crore and profit after tax of ₹4.48 crore. Marc Technocrats and Global Ocean Logistics SME issues also closed as per the exchange calendar, marking an active end to the SME subscription window.
