Riku Dining Group to list in US with $11.3 million IPO

Riku Dining Group is set to raise about $11.3 million through its US IPO by offering 2.3 million shares, with listing expected on December 18. The Japan-based restaurant operator reported FY25 revenue of roughly ¥15 billion, up about 25% year-on-year, and net profit of around ¥1.2 billion, supported by expansion into overseas markets.
