Uptrend Holdings plans small-cap US IPO on Nasdaq

Uptrend Holdings has filed for a US IPO targeting proceeds of about $7 million through the issuance of 1.5 million shares, with a tentative listing date of December 16. The retail technology firm reported FY25 revenue of around $120 million, up roughly 30% year-on-year, and net profit of approximately $15 million, positioning it as a profitable small-cap entrant.
