Pine Labs trims IPO size to ₹2,080 crore ahead of 7 Nov subscription window
Pine Labs reduced its IPO size to ₹2,080 crore, with existing shareholders cutting share sales; nine-month results show revenue of ₹1,208 crore and profit ₹261 million.
Fin-tech company Pine Labs has cut its planned initial public offering size to ₹2,080 crore(roughly US $236.65 million) ahead of its subscription period from 7 to 11 November 2025. Existing shareholders such as PayPal and Mastercard will sell a combined 82.3 million shares, down 44% from the initial filing. Pine Labs reported profit of ₹261.44 million and revenue of ₹1,208 crore for the nine-month period ended December 2024.

The downsizing reflects market conditions and helps mitigate listing-day risk in a crowded primary market.
