Prestige Hospitality Ventures to raise ~₹2,700 crore via IPO backed by real-estate major

Prestige Hospitality Ventures, a hospitality-focused arm of the real-estate heavyweight, plans an IPO in November 2025 to raise about ₹2,700 crore. The issue combines a fresh-issue component of approximately ₹1,700 crore with an offer-for-sale of around ₹1,000 crore. Positioned to capitalize on India’s returning travel demand and hospitality sector rebound, the company will deploy proceeds for repayment of debt and expansion of hotel and resort portfolio under the group’s umbrella.
