Under New York’s 2025 Inflation Refund programme, the Mohawk Valley region is set to receive $52.4 million in direct rebate checks ahead of Thanksgiving. The wider effort has dispatched over 8.2 million checks statewide, part of a historic $2.2 billion relief drive launched under the FY2026 budget. Residents across nine regions will get payments proportionate to eligibility criteria set by the state.
