Petrol and diesel rates unchanged in major Indian cities as global oil stabilises

Petrol and diesel prices stayed stable on November 13, 2025, across major Indian cities including New Delhi (₹94.77/litre petrol, ₹87.67/litre diesel) and Mumbai (₹103.50 petrol, ₹90.03 diesel). Brent crude hovered near US$79.40/barrel, with domestic excise, VAT, and dealer margin adjustments skipped this week. 

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana also reported no price revision amid seasonal cost pressures. Stable fuel prices support inflation stability and could boost rural consumption ahead of festival demand.
