HDFC AMC board to consider bonus share issue on October 15

HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) will consider issuing bonus shares at its board meeting scheduled for October 15, 2025. The decision will coincide with the review of its unaudited Q2 and H1 financial results. In Q1 FY26, HDFC AMC posted a net profit of ₹747.92 crore, up ~23.8% YoY, on revenue of ₹1,200.44 crore. If approved, the bonus issue will require shareholder ratification before implementation.
