Mem0 Raises US$24 Million Series A for AI Agent Memory Layer
Mem0 secured US$24 m to build agent-memory infrastructure for AI/LLMs, aiming to be key development layer for agentic apps.
Boston-area startup Mem0 announced a US$24 million combined Seed and Series A funding round led by Basis Set Ventures, joined by Peak XV Partners, Kindred Ventures, GitHub Fund and Y Combinator. Mem0 is developing a memory-infrastructure layer for AI agents and large-language models (LLMs), enabling intelligent recall, decay-logic and high-relevance retrieval of context. With API calls growing rapidly and usage claims in millions, the company sees itself as foundational infrastructure for agentic AI. The new funds will support product rollout, developer-ecosystem growth and international scaling.
