San Francisco–based Peer AI raised $12.1 million in early-stage funding to expand its agentic AI platform that drafts and validates regulatory documents for life sciences firms. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The startup aims to reduce manual bottlenecks in FDA and EMA submissions. Funds will support hiring, product development, and clinical validation partnerships, positioning Peer AI within the fast-growing vertical AI-for-regulation segment.
