Bajaj Housing Finance shares tumbled 9% to ₹94.90 on December 2, hitting a 52 week low amid reports of a large block deal involving the company’s promoter, Bajaj Finance. The block deal, which saw Bajaj Finance offload 2.35% of its equity stake (around ₹1,890 crore), involved the exchange of approximately 19.5 crore shares at ₹97 per share, a 9% discount to the stock’s previous close. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock fell by 6.48%, trading at ₹97.77 at 11:30 AM.
