Vidya Wire s, a Delhi based manufacturer of copper and aluminium wires, is set to open its maiden IPO on December 3, 2025. The company aims to raise ₹300 crore, with ₹274 crore coming from a fresh issue of 52.7 million shares and ₹26.01 crore from an offer for sale (OFS) of 5 million shares.
