Sudeep Pharma has fixed its IPO price band at ₹563–₹593 per share. The company plans to raise around ₹895 crore via this public offer, including a fresh issue of ₹95 crore, with anchor subscriptions opening today (20 Nov) and the IPO start tomorrow. Existing promoters will also sell shares via an offer for sale (OFS).
