The Denver-based company originally a crypto-mining firm is pivoting to large-scale compute infrastructure for generative AI, planning expansion across Wyoming and Texas with more than 1.2 GW of capacity. Investors include top tier firms such as NVIDIA Corporation and Valor Equity Partners.
