Systematic investment plan (SIP) contributions in India reached an all-time high of ₹29,529 crore in October 2025, reflecting strong investor discipline despite broader market volatility. The number of active SIP accounts increased to 8.6 crore, up from 7.4 crore a year earlier. Total mutual fund AUM rose to ₹56.8 lakh crore, led by equity and hybrid categories. Industry data indicated inflows remained consistent across mid-cap and flexi-cap funds.
