Tata Group-owned BigBasket has filed draft papers with SEBI for a ₹2,800 crore initial public offering, including a ₹1,900 crore fresh issue and ₹900 crore offer-for-sale. Proceeds will fund warehouse automation, private-label expansion, and quick-commerce operations through BB Now. The firm reported ₹12,100 crore revenue in FY25, up 41 percent year-on-year. It operates in 25 cities and plans entry into Tier-2 markets by FY27. Analysts expect the listing in Q2 2026 to value BigBasket near ₹22,000 crore, making it one of India’s largest e-grocery public issues.
