Customer loyalty and analytics platform Capillary Technologies will launch its ₹877.5 crore initial public offering on November 14 to fund expansion and debt repayment. The issue comprises a ₹300 crore fresh issue and ₹577.5 crore offer for sale by existing shareholders. The firm serves over 400 global clients across retail and hospitality segments. Management stated the proceeds would support AI-based marketing product development and new market entries in Southeast Asia. Investor interest remains strong amid active IPO pipeline with Groww and PhysicsWallah listings this week.
