Tata Power Company Ltd posted a 1% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹919 crore for Q2 FY25-26 versus ₹928 crore a year earlier. Revenue growth remained flat due to softer realizations in the generation business, partly offset by expanding renewable operations and distribution efficiency gains. The company’s solar engineering order book stood at ₹1,116 crore. Tata Power continues to focus on EV charging infrastructure and green energy projects to strengthen long-term profitability and align with India’s clean energy goals.
