They reaffirmed commitment to a balanced, mutually beneficial deal covering goods, services and investment, and set a target for early completion of the second tranche. Officials noted that stronger trade ties would support India’s manufacturing and export ambitions. The review came at a time when global trade realignments are gaining momentum and India is seeking deeper linkages beyond traditional markets.
