On 5–6 November 2025, NVIDIA Corporation became a founding member of the India Deep Tech Alliance (IDTA), which announced over $850 million in capital commitments to support India’s deep-tech startups in AI, semiconductors, robotics and space. The move builds on a $1 billion initial pledge made in September, and aligns with India’s push for tech-independence and manufacturing strength. The alliance brings together Indian and U.S. investors and will provide both funding and technical mentoring, aiming to close the funding gap for research-heavy companies in India.
