The parent company of the online investment platform Groww, Billionbrains Garage Ventures, today opened its initial public offering worth ₹6,632 crore, with the price band set at ₹95-100 per share. The issue includes a fresh offering of about 10.6 million equity shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of about 55.7 million shares by existing investors. The IPO will run through 7 November and is one of the largest in India’s fintech space this year, highlighting strong market interest in the digital wealth-platform segment.
