India’s fintech company Pine Labs has trimmed the size of its upcoming initial public offering, scheduled from 7 to 11 November 2025. According to its updated prospectus filed on 1 November, the company reduced the number of shares for sale by existing investors by 44 % and cut the fresh issue by 20 %, targeting approximately ₹2,080 crore (~$237 million) versus earlier ₹2,600 crore. The move may reflect investor demand signals or valuation comfort, in a tech-heavy IPO market. Pine Labs is positioned against major digital-payments firms and will be closely watched at listing.
