Fintech company Pine Labs has trimmed its initial public offering ahead of the launch, reducing the stake sale by existing shareholders by 44 % and cutting the fresh issuance by 20 %. The IPO is scheduled from 7 to 11 November 2025, with a revised issue size of approximately ₹2,080 crore fresh raise and offer-for-sale by shareholders totalling fewer shares than earlier filed. Analysts say the reduction reflects cautious pricing amid strong market competition and signals that the company is seeking to balance valuation with listing momentum.
