Tenneco Clean Air India, a subsidiary of U.S.-based Tenneco Inc., has filed for an initial public offering in India in November 2025 aimed at raising around ₹3,000 crore. The company, which designs and manufactures automotive emission-control systems including catalytic converters and mufflers, posted ~₹4,931 crore revenue in FY25 and a profit after tax of ~₹553 crore. The IPO proceeds are earmarked for debt reduction, R&D, brand expansion and strategic growth in the evolving automotive-emissions space.
