Renewable energy producer Adani Green Energy posted a 111% year-on-year rise in Q2 net profit to ₹583 crore, even as total income declined 4% to ₹3,249 crore. The improvement stemmed from enhanced operational performance and better asset utilization across solar and wind portfolios. Analysts said cost discipline and plant load optimization helped sustain margins amid softer revenues. The company reaffirmed its renewable expansion plan through FY26, maintaining confidence in India’s clean energy transition and long-term power demand outlook.
