Coinbase Global has invested in Indian crypto exchange CoinDCX, valuing it at $2.45 billion post-money. The deal expands Coinbase’s presence in South Asia and underscores institutional confidence in India’s digital asset space. CoinDCX in turn reports $141 million in recent annualized group revenue and $1.2 billion in assets under custody. Transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions. This marks a major cross-border crypto investment.
